Getting up is still difficult. 

Bodily, too: for some reason I keep having this <izomláz> almost every morning

regardless of my movements the day before

But mostly mentally

nothing to get up for

nothing worth the bother

I am reminded of P. Arrupe's(?) timeless words:

Nothing is more practical than

falling in Love

in a quite absolute, final way.

What you are in love with,

what will get you out of bed in the morning,

what you do with your evenings,

how you spend your weekends,

and what amazes you with joy and gratitude.
